Please check your items when they arrive: you have the right to reject the merchandise on delivery at no cost, with the exception of “Clearance” and “Display Set” products. If you spot a defect or damage, tell the delivery crew straight away and contact us at sales@thefurniture.com.sg or +65 9183 4245 with your invoice number — we’ll work it through with you and arrange a one-to-one exchange where that’s the right fix.
