Do all the Carlo pieces match each other?
Yes — that is the point of the range. Every piece shares the same two-tone wood-and-white finish and the same design language, so a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet and a bookshelf bought at different times will still read as one set.
Can I buy Carlo pieces individually, or only as a full set?
Individually. Each piece is sold on its own, so you can start with one item and add to it later as you furnish more of the home.
Can I see the Carlo range in person before buying?
Yes. Pieces from the range can be viewed at our showroom at 23 Genting Rd, #06-01 Chevalier House, Singapore 349481, open daily 10.30am–7.30pm. It is worth booking an appointment first so someone is free to take you through it.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the space first, including the swing of any doors and the clearance you need to walk past. For wardrobes and shoe cabinets the range offers two-door and three-door widths, and full-height versions where you want to use the vertical space rather than the floor. If you are unsure which configuration fits, send us the room measurements at sales@thefurniture.com.sg and we can advise.
Is delivery and installation included?
Yes. Delivery and installation are free on all orders with no minimum spend, and we assemble the piece in the room where it will be used. Additional charges apply only for extra work beyond that — difficult access, high-floor walk-ups without a lift, or clearing and disposing of existing furniture — and we confirm any such charge with you before the work is carried out. Full details are in our shipping policy.
What if something arrives damaged?
Check your items on delivery. If you find a defect or damage, tell the crew straight away and contact us at sales@thefurniture.com.sg or on +65 9183 4245 with your invoice number, and we will sort it out with you.
