All you need to know!
Full payment must be made before the stipulated delivery date. Failing which, TheFurniture.com.sg Pte Ltd reserves the right to withhold delivery until the full payment is received.
For purchases under Open Date (delivery date to be confirmed later), please call/SMS/WhatsApp us at 9424 1141 with your invoice number to arrange the preferred delivery date at least 4 weeks in advance. Open Date deliveries must be completed no later than 6 months from the date of purchase.
Delivery Charges
Additional delivery and labour fees between S$100 to S$500 will be imposed for extra services such as dismantling of furniture, and/or handling and manoeuvring of furniture through difficult access, such as narrow stairway, furniture not being able to fit into the elevator, obstruction of passageway, etc. This is also applicable for any return of furniture.
For reference:
For delivery of furniture to properties higher than 5 floors without a lift, delivery to any floor above 5th floor will be chargeable at S$15 per floor
Please ensure the allocated space and walkway has been cleared for the delivery. Additional labour fee between S$60 to S$500 is applicable should the delivery crew have to assist with the clearing of space at your premises, such as dismantling, disposal, moving of furniture, etc.

- Dismantling and disposal of Bed (Non Built-in) – From S$60
- Dismantling and disposal of Sofa (Non Built-in) – From S$80
- Dismantling and disposal of Wardrobe (Non Built-in) – From S$80
- Dismantling and disposal of fitted furniture (Built-in) – From S$180
For any changes of a stipulated delivery, please notify us via call/SMS/WhatsApp at 9424 1141 with your invoice number at least 5 working days in advance.

There will be strictly no refund and return of customised items, including furniture with alteration of design.
There will be strictly no refund and return of “Display Set” items or items sold under “Clearance”.
For any defects or damages detected in the delivered item, please inform us immediately at 9424 1141 and quote your invoice number. You have the right to reject the merchandise upon delivery at no cost, except for “Clearance” and “Display Set” products.
Defect in one or more items in the same purchase does not allow the buyer the right to cancel the entire invoice order.
Any alteration of design requested will be subject to additional charge, pending approval by TheFurniture.com.sg Pte Ltd.
The law governing all transactions between TheFurniture.com.sg Pte Ltd and the Purchaser is the Law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Singapore Law.

We understand the importance of delivering a great product to you at the best value. That’s why, if you ordered products that arrive at our warehouse at a time that’s not convenient for you, we’ve got you covered with our exclusive offer: Up to 6 months of free warehousing! Delivery date must not be more than 6 months from the date of purchase, after which, a storage fee of S$50 – S$250 applies per week for a maximum period of 6 months. On the 12th month from the date of purchase, TheFurniture.com.sg Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel the invoice and forfeit all payments made.
TheFurniture.com.sg Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, injuries or any bodily harm, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage as a result of the purchase, delivery, and usage of the product sold.
